Short answers on transcripts, audio formats, deletion, and the Clio connection. Start here if something behaved differently than you expected.
Pincite Audio is in an open beta. Most answers are already written down; when you need a person, there is exactly one address — and one kind of thing never to send to it.

The line-by-line reference: what each marker means, how a speaker label is constructed, and what the digest record covers.
Longer pieces on the file formats recorded-call evidence arrives in, and on what the system's measurements do and do not establish.
The capability list, written with its limits attached rather than as a feature grid that quietly omits them.
If you need a person
Write to support@pinciteaudio.com. It is the only support address Pincite Audio publishes, and it is read by a person.
If you are already working with us and were given a direct channel at onboarding, that channel still works; use whichever is easier.
The useful things to have ready:
TX- code, and it identifies the exact condition.Whatever the channel, do not send audio, transcripts, or client material to it. Email is not the protected path — your recordings belong in the product, where they are encrypted under your matter's own key.
What we will never do
Pincite Audio will never ask you for your password, and never asks you to disable a security control to make something work. Nobody here can read your transcript content out of the database to help you with it — that is what per-matter encryption means, and it is a property of the system rather than a policy someone follows.
Nobody from Pincite Audio will ask you to email client material, and a message that does is not from us — the one address above exists to answer you, never to receive your files.
Pincite Audio is in an open beta. Response times are not committed to, and no support level is being offered or sold.
